Request a demoWhat is riva?+
riva is a private money record for people who build, own, or rent a home. It keeps money coming in, money going out, rent, expenses, and what is pending — all in one place.
Is riva only for builders?+
No. Owners, builders, developers, landlords, and tenants all use riva — whether it is one home or many.
Can I keep cash, bank, and UPI together?+
Yes. riva is built for how money actually moves here — cash, bank transfer, UPI, advance, rent, and settlements all sit in one record.
Can riva read my records?+
No. Your records open only with your key. Without it, no one can simply read your money — not even us.
Can my family or accountant see my records?+
Only if you let them. You share what you choose; the rest stays private to you.
What happens if I lose my key?+
If you lose your key and recovery is not set up, we cannot open your records for you. It is strict — but that is what keeps them private.
Can tenants use riva?+
Yes. Tenants keep their own record of rent, deposit, maintenance, and move-out settlement. A tenant never sees the owner’s private records — access is always controlled.
How do I get started?+
Request a demo and tell us your situation. We will get back to you and set you up.
