riva helps you keep private records of property money, rent, tenants, vendors, and the property ledger. It is currently available through early access by request.

You are responsible for the information you enter or upload and for keeping your passphrase and key safe.

Recovery is not yet available. A lost key without recovery may mean lost access to your private records, and YegamAI cannot recover them for you.

riva is a record-keeping product. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or construction-compliance advice. Decisions you make based on your records are your own.

riva is provided on an early-access basis. Capabilities may change as the product develops, and availability is not guaranteed.
